Parking: street parking along Jalan Perisai and the surrounding shophouse rows. If you come by taxi or ride-hailing, ask to be dropped at Crystal Crown Hotel.

Coming from Singapore?
We are about 15–20 minutes by car from the CIQ at the Johor–Singapore Causeway, opposite Crystal Crown Hotel near KSL City Mall. Because we are open until 11:00 PM, seven days a week, you can cross after work and still be seen the same evening — no need to take a day off. Message us on WhatsApp before you travel and we will hold a slot for your arrival time, so you are not making the trip to sit in a queue.

What to bring
A short list — five minutes of preparation saves a second trip.
Bring these with you
- Your IC or passport — Malaysian IC, or your passport if you are visiting from Singapore or elsewhere, so we can register you.
- Any previous X-rays or dental records — if another clinic took them recently, they can save repeating a scan and help the dentist plan your treatment.
- A list of medication you currently take — including anything for blood pressure, diabetes, or blood-thinning medicine, and any allergies you know of.
- A payment card or cash — we accept cash, debit cards, credit cards and NFC mobile payments.
If you are in pain, tell us when you arrive. Emergencies and children with a broken tooth are seen as quickly as we can manage them.
Parking & accessibility
Street parking along Jalan Perisai and the surrounding shophouse rows — usually easiest in the middle of the day.
Wheelchair-accessible parking, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and restroom inside the clinic.
Best times to walk in: earlier in the evening is usually calmer. Fridays to Sundays from 10:00 AM we open earliest, so a morning or early-afternoon visit tends to be the quietest.
